looking for deep fried ribs?

had a long time ago,
chinese takeout
dont know if it was ribs or other part of the pork
but it was very crisp, crunchy, not dry
no sauces
with a salty sprinkle on it, maybe it was spicy too i dont remember

    Most restaurants may have it listed as "pork chops with spicy salt".

      where do i find in queens/foresthills/flushing

      i have a couple menus, nothing, just pork with brocolli and such, googled but i didnt get any

        Can't help you with where to find them. I'm in LA. Your post caught my attention because it's one of my favorite things to eat.

        I've seen them at those steam table take out places and non-Americanized Cantonese restaurants have them. If they got shrimp with spicy salt on the menu, they'll have the pork chops too.

          Sentosa has them, they're called "Volcano Spare Ribs." I can't remember if there's a sauce, but I don't think so.

        Try the spare ribs at Song, on 5th Ave in Park Slope. They are fried and crispy on the outside.
