Napa steakhouse debate - Cole's or Press?

OK - We live in Napa and haven't tried either Press or Cole's. We have friends in town and interested in a top notch steak and great sides. Price doesn't matter, just want excellent food. Anyone have any thoughts?

We just celebrated a family occasion at Press and the food could not have been better. They hit it on all cylinders from the shrimp cocktail to the steaks to the sides. The chocolate soufflee is a greeat finish. Hard to beat it.

I never got to Cole's in the years I lived in Napa, but I can say Press is a great place to eat. You do pay a bit more for it, but the quality of the service and food make up for it. And wine service is spectacular. It also hit Top 100 this year so maybe they're getting it right.
