Lunch at Coppa
Lunch at Coppa today. We ate lots, all good, but the highlight was the pizza with burrata, caramelized onions and olives. That takes over my favorite pizza ever spot. I also really enjoyed the tuna crudo, simply presented in 6 or 8 tiles topped with sea salt, olive oil and a charred sweet onion relish, and the rabbit porchetto with grain mustard. Why can't I have this where I live?
