All I Want To Do Is Eat Beef Jerky This Weekend...

Ok seeing the Korean Jerky in NYT this week has gotten me siked to search the city for the best Beef Jerky around. It seems to be pretty pricey @ 7.99-9.99 for two ounces = up to 79.84 a pound (AHHHHH). No Slim Jims or pre packed crap will do. What is in your opinions the best quality, meaty and flavorful homemade artisanal (ha) jerky around?

  1. The only jerky I've liked is made by Ede's Meats in Amarillo, TX. I couldn't get their site to load today, but here is the contact info:

    Edes Custom Meats Ltd
