It used to be an ordinary snack bar concession stand.

Speaking of which, why isn't this place open yet? They could be doing great business right now.

They've been open on the past few weekends for snacks. We were told that they may be open this weekend for meals and that if they're not serving this weekend, they will next weekend for sure. They usually don't open til the beginning of May.

Though Sea Salt near Minnehaha Falls has been open and serving a full menu. I think they serve along the same things, fish and seafood sandwiches and entress, though not sure if run by the same peeps.

Tin Fish is a chain from the west coast.

Sea Salt is two local guys who know fish.

To be fair, the Tin Fish is more a collection of restaurants that franchise the name than a chain.

I'm biased because I can walk to the Tin Fish from my house, but (except for the beer selection), I'd just as soon go to the Tin Fish as wait for food at Sea Salt. I'm not knocking Sea Salt at all, but to me it's not worth the effort to go there.
