I'm trying to imagine the logistics of getting them into The Admiral......

I certainly hope it's NOT at one of the restaurants at GPI.

Oh, I'm sure they won't be able to resist at least one meal on the balcony. Who could? But hopefully they'll venture out.....

Hey danna, it won't be bad. I lived in DC for years and this stuff happened every day. They don't stop traffic til the motorcade is close then it only takes a minute. Have a good weekend. I'll be on a shrimp boat for the Blessing of the Fleet!

Obviously you weren't on or near Airport Rd, the airport or on I-26 - it was a complete mess! I mean, I think they certainly deserve lots of security so I'm not complaining, but it was a nightmare up there earlier today - don't know about downtown.

Lunch @ 12 bones. Local paper is reporting that downtown traffic is seriously jammed and is advising everyone not to come downtown.

Yeah, not true yesterday Sue! They had Riverside Drive and 19/23 completely blocked off while he ate. People were stuck there for over an hour, I heard. I guess they are used to it in DC but certainly not here!
