Midnight Eats?

Our flight schedule has been changed, and we're now getting into NOLA at about 12:30 am next week Friday. Assuming I don't want to eat at the Camelia Grill, does anyone have any ideas about late-night or 24-hour restaurants with good food?

  1. Stop at City Diner in Metairie on the way in from the airport. It's 24 hours and it's good.

    City Diner
    S I 10 Service Rd E, Metairie, LA 70003

    1. I know I just posted this info, I guess this question gets asked a lot...
All good and open 24 hours:

On St Charles not far from Lee Circle:

La Peniche on Dauphine in the Marigny/Quarter open Thurs-Mon 24 hours. Homemade typical New Orleans dishes including breakfast. their menu is on facebook:!/L...

Clover Grill on Bourbon, fun diner style a little eccentric in a good way:

      Verti Marte to go etc

      La Peniche
1940 Dauphine St, New Orleans, LA 70116

      Clover Grill
900 Bourbon St, New Orleans, LA 70116

      St Charles Tavern
1433 Saint Charles Ave, New Orleans, LA 70130

      Verti Marte
1201 Royal St, New Orleans, LA

Hit St. Charles Tavern at about 1 this morning after a show. I don't know how good it would have been if I hadn't been starving, but as it was, it was great. Had the biscuits and gravy with a side of grits, which were exactly what I needed. My friend's eggs benedict were overdone, though. It wasn't overrun with people, which was nice on a Jazzfest weekend.

      2. Walk on over to Harrah's and hit their all you can eat buffet. Watch that roulette table though.

          1. i would not try city diner. there is a place called la peniche its in the outskirts of the quarter
