Hot roast beef sandwich

My daughter's birthday is this weekend and she is requesting a hot roast beef sandwich. Where can I find a great example in Manhattan?

    I'm not sure if this is birthday weekend fare, but This Little Piggy Had Roast Beef has a pretty good hot roast beef hero.
