where is Katy sparks now?

Just read that Katy Sparks was at Bussaco in Brooklyn, but left. Still a big fan of Quilty's and would love to find where she's working now. Anyone know?

      Boy, that did not last long, did it? She was there maybe 6 months? We went when she first started and it was good, but not mind-blowing.

    2. Can't that chick stick with 1 restaurant for more than a week?

      Wasn't she at Compass for a very short time (a few years after Quilty's closed), then 10 Downing, then Bussaco?

      Reminds me of Larry Brown of the NBA, but I do love her food.
