I realize that this is way past, but in case someone does a search later:

- Totally old school, down to the live menu. It's been around 85 years!
- It is an "Italian" Steakhouse, so you get a side of pasta which is unique and to seldom done.
- Downtown on First Street down by Laclede's Landing, so you've got that historyI agree with alan, there is no way I'd go to Morton's or Ruth's Chris if their are local places available.

Not that I'm a steak expert, but bear in mind that Citizen Kane and Annie Gunn's are both locally owned, while Morton's is a national chain (as is Ruth's Chris, which is also an option). I always prefer the local option.
