Girasole Restaurant

Coming to Philly next weekend and looking for something different. Anyone been to Girasole recently and if so, how was it? thanks.

Girasole is fine but certainly not different.

Meritage is excellent and very creative. So is Fish. They are both on Lombard St,
Fish is at 17th and Meritage at 20th.

There are also many very good byob's. Reserve ahead.

Does anyone know what their 3-course prix fixe offers? Wondering specifically if the 3rd course is dessert or not. The menu on the site is confusing.

It's not bad, but I wouldn't say it's a must-visit place for an out-of-town visitor. It's a decent pre-theater restaurant. They do a nice crudo plate.
