help with lavash bread
I would do a pizza thing like this:
Instead I'd top it with a tomato sauce, onion, harissa paste if you got some, minced lamb (doesn't have to be browned, just raw is fine) and some toasted pine nuts... so it's a kind of lahmbachn thing?.
You could do zatar and olive oil on top, squeeze some lemon over when ready to eat either recipe. YUM!
