Upscale in Virginia Beach

Need suggestions for 3 dinners next weekend in Virginia Beach. One of the diners has severe tree nut and sesame allergies so kitchen needs to be not only good but also savy and know their ingredients. I posted asking for steak and you responded. Any others to suggest? Ethnic eats are definitely out. Thanks

Isle of Capri on top of the Holiday Inn SunSpree resort on the Oceanfront. Great upscale Italian, nice fresh ingredients, and the best view on the Beach.

Terrapin's near the Oceanfront gets raves. I can't vouch for it because I couldn't get in to the place during restaurant week. Booked solid. Fire and Vine on Laskin Rd. is also very good. Lots of great grilled options and a big wine list.

Steinhilber's in Va Beach is an old established upscale seafood restaurant off of Thalia Road. Well worth the visit.

Aldo's is primarily a very nice Italian restaurant on Laskin Road in Va Beach, and one of my friends swears by their Filet for a great steak.

There are quite a few nice restaurants on Granby Street in downtown Norfolk near the MacArthur Mall.

Kincade's is a very good restaurant inside the MacArthur Mall.

There are many restaurants at the Va Beach oceanfront to choose from as well.

To add on to your Oceanfront suggestion, I would recommend La Dolce Vita on 17th Street. It's upscale New Orleans fare. Very nice restaurant, great bar and good (all from scratch down to the roux) food.
