My girlfriend and I are heading out to vegas memorial day weekend. We have dinner reservations at Fleur de Lys and Sushi Roku. We are looking for a restaurant with outstanding italian fare. Any suggestions? We also love breakfast and are looking for some suggestions in that category as well. We are staying at the Bellagio. Thanks!

Breakfast at Bouchon is always special. Also, the relatively new Sunday Fountains Brunch in Jasmine @ Bellagio has been getting rave reviews.

For Italian I suggest B&B Ristorante or Bartolotta Ristorante di Mare.

For breakfast, I have found that nothing compares to the Verandah at the Four Seasons. True, it has Four Seasons pricing, but year in and year out it is consistently THE best (Huevos Rancheros…Heaven on a plate). Even the buffet on the weekends is outstanding. As far as Italian, it really depends on your tastes and wallet. If you want old world Vegas, go to Piero's. If you want Italian seafood (pastas are excellent too!), go to Bartolotta Ristorante di Mare. If you want expertly cooked fine ingredients, go to Sinatra. Personally I think Il Mulino is underrated and excellent, but I think I am in the minority. There are many others, no doubt, but you will not go wrong at any of these.

Thanks! we're going to give Verandah a try. We're still debating between Sinatra, B&B, and Bartolotta Ristorante di Mare

I would throw out B&B. Too inconsistant, can be super loud and service spotty. They are in same hotel complex...have a little at both! I have actually done that and it is alot of fun...and alot of food. Make sure to get the Huevos Ranchers at Verandah...so are so delicious.

        Carnevino for Italian.
