Need some help for Mother's day

Looking for a mother's day brunch in DC or Baltimore. We are flexible. Party of 7.

Looking for a buffet type thing and raw bar or sushi on the selection is highly desireable.

Would appreciate any input.

Have done a search on this board but all I found was 09 stuff and am looking for for recent info.

The Colonnade at the Fairmont Hotel has a lovely brunch and a beautiful room--a bit pricey but worth it for a celebration.

The Fairmont was going to be my recommendation as well. I'm not a buffet person for brunch usually, but the Fairmont is delicious.

I would definitely make reservations.
