Visiting London [moved from Europe]

If the volcano allows, we will be visiting London for one week, arriving May 1, 2010. We will be staying near Victoria Starion. It will be our first visit. We are looking for recommendations for causual and fine dining. Also a good pub and where to have afternoon tea. Thanking you in advance.
