College graduation restaurant in DC

Need a restaurant for our daughter's college graduation celebration - great food and great ambiance a must - looking so spend around $50 to $60 per person - we have already been to DC Coast, Ten Penh, Cieba and Central - fish would be a nice option but all cuisines considered - thanks for your help!

  1. Blacksalt is a wonderful seafood restaurant -- assuming you have a car, as it is not near a Metro station. It would be easy to spend more than $50 - 60 per person there, but possible to stay within that budget.

    1. black salt is owned by the same people as Blacks Bar and Kitchen in Bethesda, Black Market in Kensington and Addies in Rockville. All are very good.

      1. Bibianna has some nice fish entrees. I had a really nice law school graduation dinner at Tosca. They did a wonderful job.
