Driving down 20 From DFW to Tifton Ga

Hi,

I will be heading from DFW to Tifton GA the middle of this coming week. I plan on a early lunch at Herby K's in Shreveport for the Shimp Buster. I should be ready to eat something else for dinner around Montgomery or so.

So where should I stop? Minding that I need something close to the highway.

Weidmann's Restaurant‎ @ 210 22nd Avenue, Meridian, MS. 601- 581-5770 Weidmann's is just off i 20 in downtown Meridian. It's mentioned quite often on the Central South Board.

I have read good things about both. I don't know much about Montgomery.

Capitol Oyster Bar might work. It's just off Hwy. 82 going E. of Montgomery. Location is good.
