Looking for a Latin Market, especially Mexican cheeses

Anyone know where I can get a good Mexican smooth-melting cheese for queso fundido? I'm looking for something along the lines of an Asadero or Quesadilla, but would also take Chihuahuan or Manchego (the soft version, not the hard, Spanish variety).

If I could pick up some masa harina prepared for tortillas, and some house-made bulk chorizo as well, even better!

It may be a little far out, depending on your location, but Tortilleria de Leon at 162nd(?) and NE Glisan has a variety of Mexican cheeses available. They also have a good stock of other Mexican specialty items.

I would go to Don Pancho on NE Alberta and 20th. I've only bought queso cotija there, so I don't know about the varieties you want. I have bought five pound blocks of masa there.

I think there are more Mexican markets in the burbs, if that's convenient for you--there are some definitive guides for those on http://www.extramsg.com.
