Go to this website and look under "Latest Roadfood Professional Posts."

They talk about hot dog carts and what you need to get started....

You want to make some money? Get a trailer with a flattop grill and go with Sonoran hot dogs, they are the "thing" in the southwest and moving like wildfire. You don't need a real expensive dog and you can use real thin bacon. The bun and toppings are key in this deal. Opportunity knocks here!

Que bueno, El hot dog estilo Sonora!

Well, you certainly need some hot peppers. I would recommend Mazetta's yellow hot peppers, minced fairly finely. And you'll also need some celery salt.

start with a great dog from Best Provisions

                http://www.bestprovision.com/

And for toppings jfood would recommend brown mustard, green relish (the Chi-people will chime in with neon green), sauerkraut, chopped onions, and if you want to go up scale some chili. Jfood is a mustard, relish, little sauerkraut buyer.

Then you need to decide dirty-water or grilled. jfood no longer buys the DW dogs in NYC, just a POV.

                good luck

If you go DW, don't change the water more than every other week {;-/)

been on the website. Isn't exactly packed with information. Can you provide any insight as to what you order, how you order and what it cost? Do they ship it to you?
