Mexican Catering

A friend is looking to cater a party with Mexican Food. Any recs on Mexican caterers? I'm not looking for Tito's Tacos/El Cholo kind of food. Something along the lines of El Parian, La Parilla, Babita, etc. (Do you happen to know offhand if any of these restaurant cater? Yes, I know I can call them...)

Thanks!

    Alegria on Sunset (Silverlake) caters
Loteria Grill (the Chef/owner is sorta flakey or overworked, you have to be on him)

Do a search, I think this subject has been covered.

Gallegos Bros is the only way to go. Most of their business is catering/takeaway. The cocktail-sized tamales are a crowd pleaser. See full menu on their site below.

When you're done calling those restaurants, don't forget to call Chichen Itza! We just had a great meal there and they do catering no problem!

Not sure about those places, but we had our wedding catered by Mama's Hot Tamales and it was great. They'll make anything you want - we had a wonderful chicken mole made from scratch.

Our family has been using a great catering service for all our large family events and everyone loves the food. This family is from Mexico. They bring their own grill and they make different kinds of meats and chicken that are served as soft tacos. They bring all the condiments and rice and beans if you choose. They serve and clean-up and their price is beyond reasonable. Let me know if you're interested and I'll give you their number.

Now it's been a REALLY long time since you mentioned that catering service, but I'm hoping they're still in business. Can you give me their info?
                    Thanks

Sorry I didn't see the previous post or I would have responded sooner. The lady's name is Rose. Her number is 323-249-0587. She doesn't speak English but her children do.
