Weekday Dim Sum?

I go to Dim Sum often on the weekends... but never have on a weekday.

I worry that the selection will be sparse... is that true?

Who does a good weekday lunchtime Dim Sum?

It can be carts or menu ordering.

    Elite opens at 10:00am Monday-Friday.

        The menu places should have the same selection. I went to Lunasia recently and was fairly impressed (it was quite busy, too -- I think there was at least a 20 minute wait, and this was a Tues around lunchtime). I think Elite / Sea Harbor (also both menu based, and the recent favorites on here) are probably also open.
