        <content>anywhere to get these?  i think benita's frites has gone by the wayside, is there any place left that would make belgian frites, probably a place that serves moules frites might have it?</content>

      <content>Duck fat? The old standard grease is horsemeat fat, but from what I understand that's hard to find even in Brussels nowdays. 
 
As for the Belgian fries, there is always the Brussels Bistro in Laguna Beach. </content>
