Does anyone know where to find the Italian "cotechino" sausage in Philadelphia, or the surrounding area?
Thanks in advance
Either the aforementioned Sonny D's or Claudios.... Both on 9th street
The chef at Avalon in West Chester just sent out an e-mail saying he was making his own.
I have bought cotechino at Sonny D’Angelo’s butcher shop on ninth street in the Italian market.

Good luck.
Are you looking to eat it at a restaurant, or buy it for cooking yourself? If the former, Osteria uses it in a couple dishes. If the latter, I dunno..
