Tri Tip Steaks

Does anybody know a butcher or chain store that carries this cut?I used to find them at Clearwater Target but they've stopped carrying them.They are excellent on the grill and very reasonably priced at Target.Thanks!

I've always been able to get both tri-tip roasts and steaks at Publix... just have to ask. I usually call a couple of days ahead or ask my friend who works there to order them for me.

I've gotten them at Sam's Club but that was a while back. Tri Tip sounds good. I may have to check out if our local buther here has it.

The Butcher at Palm Harbor Publix cut me a couple.I'm grilling it Chimichurri today.
I'll check out Sam's and try for the case.Thanks it should be a good price at a case also!

Try Publix, they have them in Ga.

We get them at Sam's Club,sometimes,out on the meat case.Sometimes they have to be ordered by the case.

I was just at Costco in Gulf Coast Town Center and they still have a bunch. Not sure if they are dropping the product or not. The company is Morton's(no relation to the steak house). I grilled one last night and it was delicious.
