around Brava theater @ 24th street...

any good casual places to eat before the show?

    You'll have lots of options on 24th Street - my fave is El Delfin. I always order the pozole on weekends - for breakfast! It's substantial, hearty, delicious and I have leftovers for a second meal... but since you're on your way to Brava and won't want to carry leftovers... any other plates will be delights, too.

      El Metate is a few blocks away for a Mexican meal.
      You might hunt around the board and see what folks say about the re-born Roosevelt Tamale Parlor.
