breakfast

I'll be in Vegas in a couple of weeks for a week. I'm somewhat familiar with the city, but am always looking for ideas.

What are some good (ideally non-buffet) breakfast places on the strip?

At one point there was a seafood restaurant in Vegas that was a new location for a place that started in Myrtle Beach or Murrell's Inlet SC. Does that sound familiar to anyone?

Did Commander's Palace ever open back up? If not, are there any other New Orleans style places worth trying?

Thanks.

Hash House a Go Go has a location in the Imperial Palace now. Stage Deli in the Caesars Forum shoppes does a mean breakfast. Grand Lux Cafe in the Venetian and in the Palazzo has creative breakfast choices, most in about the 9000 calorie range.
Best traditional breakfast we've had in Vegas was Omelet House on Charleston. Maple Tree Diner on Sahara was good, too.

Stage Deli at Caesers Forum Shops is no more.
