    Absolutely Dick and Jenny's! Best fried oysters in the world, and the cuisine is definitely more reflective of indigenous NOLA than Cochon.

        Cochon is more an expression of Cajun Country than NOLA. I like Dick and Jenny's.

          I would say Dick/Jenny;s IMO. Cochon is nice but they are in to Charcutirie and IMO true NO food seeks the local seafood ingredients along with local vegetables rather than the home made meats. I don't know. IMO DJ is outstanding.
