Upscale Steak Houses- Ruth Chris, Flemings, Mortons, etc.
We're headed to Washington DC/Bethesda Maryland and might indulge in some prime meat. Are any of the above offering promotions on any dinners? Thanks, in advance, for your recommendatiions!

The best thing to do is check the websites...Morton's has a 3 course prix-fixe for $99 for 2 and Flemings has a $39 prix-fixe (but it doesn't include a steak).
