Hello All,

I have fallen in love with New Orleans and am trying to create some of my own Creole/Cajun food at home. Do you know anywhere in Montgomery County or surrounding areas, or even websites I could order from, that carry andouille sausage, ham shank or ham hocks?

Thanks for any advice!!

Like Den says, this stuff shouldn't be hard to find in a regular grocery store, but the new Whole Foods in Plymouth Meeting smokes their own meat (including ham hocks and turkey legs, which I used instead of ham hocks and were delicious) and makes their own sausage, many varieties.

Not sure how thoroughly you've searched Montco grocery stores but many of them probably have what you're looking for if you're near a Giant, Wegman's or Genuardi's. It should be enough to get you started.
