Hi CH- I'm meeting my sister for breakfast tomorrow, near the Port Authority. Can you recommend a place?

I recognize this is a tough one... do any of the diners stand out?

Schnippers!! They just started doing breakfast.

Also I love Amy's but it's really really tight seating - better for take out and then eating outside in the outdoor plaza nearby.
