Challiff Mayo's

Years ago I purchased a jar of Challiff Mayonnaisse with champagne and strawberries. Haven't been able to find it anywhere since then. There are other varieties, i.e., with herbs or mustard, but never the champagne and strawberries.

Wondering if there is a recipe to make it myself if I can't locate the Challiff brand. Thanks for any input. FoiGras
