Montreal Downtown...let's make a list

Hey all,

I very often (such as right now) find myself trying to find somewhere I want to eat in downtown and I always come up with very few options. Montreal's a great food city, but when it comes to the downtown core, it's just not happening.

After searching the board with words like "bell centre", "downtown", etc and searching threads to find suggestions, I thought it could be a good resource for us to have one thread where people could look for downtown restaurants for lunch/dinner.

I'm thinking we define downtown as between Atwater & Bleury and Sherbrooke & Sainte Antoine

Here's a few to get us started:

- Cafe Presto (Stanley above Rene Levesque): decent italian at very reasonable price, great canolis
- Buns (St-Catherine, corner St-Marc): hamburgers
- Decca 77 (Drummond, below Rene Levesque)
...

    - Ariel (the prix fixe for lunch is affordable, sloooooow service though), on Drummond
    - Laurie Raphaël (I cannot comment, since I've never been, but it might be a good spot for lunch) on Mansfield
