        You are looking for a creature that is not indigenous to Hawai`i. It would be like asking where to buy speckeled trout in Hawai`i. The answer is Louisiana to both.

        If you live in the Islands, then you might be able to talk a meat market into ordering it in for you (from FL, LA, of TX). If you are visiting, then I would suggest that you concentrate on the fare in the Islands, and not go for something that will be extremely rare, at best.
