Korean Fried Chicken?

vrollings Apr 12, 2010 09:30 AM

Hi, everyone. I'm suddenly determined to try Korean fried chicken for the first time, as it sounds absolutely fantastic. I did a search here for "Korean fried chicken" and just "Korean chicken" and all I found was a recommendation for Crisp in Lakeview. While Crisp sounds good and I plan to try it, I'm hoping you have some other suggestions for authentic Korean spots where I can try KFC? I'm a city dweller, so am hoping there are some local spots, maybe on the north side? Also, I have a well-behaved, 2-yr old foodie in training, so some place(s) I could bring him along would be great. Thanks in advance!

I like Crisp - you might also want to try the fried chicken place in H Mart in Niles, though I think all orders are for an entire chicken as opposed to a few pieces.

I don't know of any other spots, but I do know that Crisp is super duper yummy!
