Hola degustazione,
I reccomend you Hotel-Restaurant Casamar in Llafranc. The restaurant is great (you have to taste the rosmary muffins), with beautiful views to the sea. Near, there's a little beach. Maybe in July and weekend, there are a lot of people in the beach. But it is a good election if you want to visit the real Costa Brava.

Llafranc is in the seaside and has a little beach. In Begur you have to take the car to go to the beach (closest is 5 km from Begur). But Begur and Llafranc are very close. I reccomend you a walk in Begur, and go up to the castle with incredible views to the coast and the region. There are a lot of beatiful places in Empordà . It's a pity that you only have one day.
