Hit me with your best rhubarb recipes!

Mine's ready to pick, though it seems awfully early.... Anyway I feel a pie or tart or cobbler or something coming on. If you have a recipe you love, let me know. By the way I prefer things not too sweet -- which is one of the reasons I love rhubarb! Savory recipes ideas are welcome, too.

          i hear ya...just bear in mind that it's early in the season, so it may take a couple of weeks before everyone gets really rhubarb-happy :)

            I just found a little storehouse of last season's fruit in my freezer, which included some rhubarb. For me, though, it's gotta be strawberry rhubarb pie, so I can't help too much with creative ideas :-). I did throw in some black raspberries (which I had also found), but that was the only remotely interesting thing about the pie.
