Sunday Brunch near the Eaton Centre. Who's got it going on?
Presently we're considering The Senator (haven't been in years) or Harlem(!) for eggs and grits. What's the latest on those two? Is there anywhere else nearby open on a Sunday morning and with egg?

I second the Senator in that area. Everywhere else will be lined up and the food won't be as good. Was forced to go to Eggspectations last time the Senator closed and it was truly awful (who puts cornmeal in waffle batter?)

The Senator is still worthy of a visit, based on our last couple brunches there in late 2009.
Le Petit Dejeuner on King east of Jarvis is popular for a reason, with long lines for the waffles and other high quality breakfasty goodies. Not a bad walk from the Eaton Centre if the weather is nice. You might need to line up, though. Opens at 10am.
