Who are the important Food People In Canada

I'm new to the boards but I want to know who people think are the important and respected food people in Canada

- chefs
- suppliers
- restaurant owners
- critics

We all know the people that have been doing it for a long time but how about the new, up and coming group of people. I know its hard to have experience and be up and coming but who do we think are the masters and who are the bright stars in the foodie world?

Just tossing out the question cause I'm curious.

McCain, Weston, and Sobey's families are still with us.

Daryl Koster is up and coming. Smoke is hot, and he is at the forefront, along with Caplansky and Thomasevan.

Two ethnic cheesemakers, Saputo and Skotidakis, are growing rapidly.
