Any interesting Prix-Fix in the theatre district that won't break the (wine bank?) Al Fresco???

Meeting up with some Floridian Friends this Wed. post matinee and would love an Italian, French or American restaurant where we could sit out and enjoy the spring weather and not have to spend a fortune on wine with our dinner.Barbetto's is nice but I'm afraid it might be a little pricey. Thanks for any advice. C.D.

Marseille has outside seating but...it's going to be a bit cool for Floridians here this weekend, only in the 60's with chance of rain. Regular NY spring weather, not freakish summer in April like Wed/Thurs of this week.

While the garden is lovely, the food at Barbetta is pretty raunch.
      I'd head to Marseille: http://www.menupages.com/restaurants/marseille/menu
