Decent Pho, Sushi or Korean restaurants in Niagara region?

I am meeting some friends from out of the country who want to see Niagara Falls on Saturday. We will be looking for an economical, but delicious lunch before heading to Toronto for the afternoon and evening. If there's nothing that falls into one of these categories, we could get in the car and begin driving to Toronto, stopping along the way for lunch. As long as we don't have to veer too far from the highway, any suggestions for good pho, sushi or Korean along the route to Toronto would be appreciated as well.

For good pho I recommend Mai Vi in St. Catharines (about 15 mins from Niagara Falls, on way to Toronto). The restaurant is located downtown on St. Paul St.

Suisha Gardens in Niagara Falls has pretty good sushi. They have a sushi bar and also tables where the chefs come out and cook in front of you. Haven't been there for a year or so but the food was good. It is located on Lewis Ave in NF, not far from Clifton Hill. Not sure if they are open for lunch though.
