High tea/Dessert Brunch

What is a really good place for a dessert buffet? I have heard there are some in HK and love the idea - unlimited desserts! I guess most of them would be at hotels?

How much are these places usually and would you say these places are worth going to? I love really delicate not overly sweet pastries, cakes, desserts. Is it better to just go to a dessert place and order a la carte?
