Greatly depends on the day of the week. If it's a Saturday or Sunday, I would get there no later than 9:30am for a 10am seating. I arrived at 10:02 once and missed the first seating, had to wait an hour. Otherwise the wait is 1.5-2.5 hrs long especially if it's a nice day. Sometimes on weekdays there's a wait, too, but it's not nearly as long.

Must orders are the blueberry pancakes with maple butter or the egg/bacon/tomato jam biscuit sandwich. Never really been impressed with the french toast or waffle options there. It's ALL about the pancakes if you want a sweet breakfast. The burger is nice too. They also have daily specials (had a really nice crawfish benedict once, and sometimes they have a country breakfast with biscuits, sausage, and gravy).
(It's Clinton Street Baking Company btw, if the search didn't turn anything up.)
