Sushi for lunch in downtown

Finding great sashimi for lunch downtown seems to be a bit of a mystery. Does anyone have recommendations? Quality is the top priority, more than price.

Love, Love LOVE Red Fin Sushi for lunch!! I always go for the Sushi Lover's Combo it comes with delish miso soup (they have a great sashimi combo, too) or the Salmon Teriyaki Donburi. I've tried a few other place I'm working in downtown Seattle, but none have compared to Red Fin so far :)

Have you tried Nijo Sushi or Red Fin. I haven't had sashimi at either but I believe it is offered at both. The food I have had has been good.

Thanks Bethwick. I have not tried either yet but Nijo is on my list. Someone just told me about Red Fin this morning so I'll check that out this week as well.
