Cooking local food with spices in the Middle East
I am writing a cook book on spices and will be visiting The Lebanon, Turkey, Syria and Morocco for the research in May. I wanted to know if anyone had any suggestions for really excellent local cooks who would be up for doing some cooking lessons with me.
I am after the best fresh simple food and from experience it’s always cooked n the home.
