3 YOUNG WOMEN VISITING NEED HELP!

Hello,

Two of my girlfriends and I are visiting NYC for the weekend in the end of May. We are from Montreal - great foodie city and want to try 3 great restaurants (different themes on each evening and different budgets). For now, we have the following:

FRIDAY NIGHT
- Looking at either Peasant Wine Bar or any other fun/trendy/not too expensive authentic Italian restaurant (but that also serves "vegan" type meals. One of the girls is vegan)

SATURDAY NIGHT
- We are interested to try Bohemian. Reviews seem amazing. I haven't reserved yet. But I am hoping to get a place. Saturday night, we are willing to spend a little more - but still keep that fun/trendy ambiance. If you have any other ideas, pls suggest.

SUNDAY NIGHT
- Vegan Restaurant - Candle 79.

Good choices? Would need improvement? Any other suggestions?

I m not looking for vegetarian/vegan restaurants only - Im looking for veg friendly places... that might have 1-2 things on the menu for vegans... I am far from being vegan - I love my meat.. so I would like to find a place like that! But thanks!
