winemakers dinner at Crush WIne Bar

I see on their website that Crush wine bar has a couple of upcoming winemakers dinners.

Has anyone been to this type of thing? I enjoy Crush but not sure about splashing out for one of the dinners.

The food has always been great since Michael Wilson. I never, ever understood bad reviews of his food. I always had the suspicion that people ate there prior to him and were put off and never went back. I've seen him develop into a more than competent chef in the Toronto scene over the last couple of years.

I haven't been since it was sold, (mostly for sad nostalgic reasons) but maybe its time I head over again...

The wine list was always stellar.
