nice place for happy hour and tapas around chinatown/east village?

hi my friend and i are on very small budgets, but i know there must be plenty of places for a cheapish glass of wine and good tapas in the village or thereabouts. a spanish place would be sweet, low key a definite plus...thanks for any info!

You have a lot of choices, but one of my favorites for wine and small plates is The Ten Bells on Broome St. (it's not Spanish, though).
