Taco Truck, Manchester, NH?

Does anyone know where the Taco truck on went? It was on the corner of Lake Ave and Union in Manchester. Went to have one of their excellent burritos and they were gone.

no relation but there's a new mexican market and taquaria on Valley St. - real hole in the wall with a few tables but excellent homemade chips and salsa while I waited for an excellent beef quesadilla. The guy next to me was eating something fantastic looking, ceviche tacos and then this tripe soup or stew. I can't wait to try more.

It's just on the corner of Valley and Cypress. called Taquaria La Guadalupana.

I read on Yelp that they are looking for a new location as rent went up in Manch. The one in Nashua says they upgraded to a restaurant at 101 Factory St. I can't wait to go.

I went to Tacos Colima (the former taco truck owners' restaurant) for lunch today, and it was very good. Everything just tasted _fresh_, in a way you don't normally find. The guacamole was out of this world. I'll definitely be back--lots more on their menu I want to try!

The Nashua taco truck still exists, located next to the apartment building at 75 Pine St. between W. Hollis and Ledge (not a great location but the food is good - okay, now I need a carnitas burrito!). I do not think that Tacos Colima is associated with them.

Oh, that's interesting. Maybe there were 2 taco trucks in Nashua? I read at least one article saying that the truck owners opened Tacos Colima.

In any case, I'll have to check out the truck next week, now that I know where it is!

Where is it usually located in Nashua? I searched the board, but the old threads on it didn't come up. I'll be in Nashua tomorrow and can check it out (and I'd love to get a good taco...or 3!).
