Dinner at Boucherie--What is your favorite dish?

I'm visiting NO in 10 days and will be having dinner at Boucherie. I'd love to hear what your favorite dish is there. I'm not a seafood lover, so I'm attracted to the Wagyu Brisket and the Pulled Pork Cake. Any opinions?

    Pulled pork cake is exactly as billed, pulled pork, likely molded in a ramekin then unmolded onto the plate. Many love Boucherie, I don't dislike it, but take it for what it is...creatively plated barbque.

      I have been there three times, and I had the smoked scallops all three of those... The preparation was different the last time, really delicious. They were on top of a latke-type potato cake with some kind of fruit-foward sauce (maybe apple?...sorry it's been a while). They also have amazingly good french fries.
